高应力软岩巷道卸压槽在不同位置的数值模拟分析

Optimal Design and Application of Pressure Releasing Slot in High Stress and Soft Rock Roadway

摘要:

针对高应力软岩巷道来压剧烈、围岩松软破碎、巷道支护困难等问题,分析了卸压槽在缓解矿山压力、控制围岩变形方面起到的积极作用,采用数值模拟方法对巷道开挖卸压槽前后的围岩破坏及应力变化情况进行比较分析,并优化选取了卸压槽的准确布设位置。结果表明:巷道开挖卸压槽后能有效控制围岩变化量,顶底板及巷帮移近量减少了20~30mm;应力集中程度减小,应力峰值向围岩深部转移,卸压效果明显,有效维护了巷道的安全和稳定。

Abstract:

According to exposed problems for high stress and soft rock roadway of pressure intense、soft broken surrounding rock and roadway support difficulties, analyzed pressure releasing slot play an active role in the areas of relieving underground pressure and control of surrounding rock deformation,the numerical simulation was applied to the comparison analysis of destruction of the surrounding rock mass and stress changes in the roadway excavation pressure releasing slot before and after,and optimize selected pressure releasing slot accurate emplaced position.The results showed that it could effectively control the amount of change of surrounding rock after the roadway excavated pressure releasing slot, roadway roof and floor and Lane sides closer to 20 ~ 30mm reduction;The degree of stress concentration decreases,peak stress transferred to the surrounding rock deep, pressure relief have a good effect,effectively safeguard the security and stability of the roadway.
